12-month limited manufacturer warranty
Eligible DR-300 and DR-500 speakers purchased new through the SABALA U.S. official website or an authorized U.S. sales channel are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the original purchase date. Another model or market follows the warranty terms applicable to that purchase.
The duration is retained from the source document. Final coverage, responsible legal entity and shipping arrangements require approval before publication as a store policy.
Coverage & exclusions
The draft covers manufacturing defects during normal use. Misuse, accident, impact, unauthorized modification, exposure beyond the product’s rated protection, normal wear, or lost or stolen products are excluded. A genuine manufacturing defect is assessed on its own facts.
How to request help
Provide your model, purchase channel, proof of purchase and a description. Serial number, photos or video may help. If an item cannot be found, contact support to discuss what evidence is needed. Registration and marketing subscription are not prerequisites to asking for help.
Resolution & shipping
For an approved claim, SABALA explains the available remedy, such as repair, replacement or another resolution under the applicable terms, and any shipping arrangements. A repair or replacement does not automatically restart the original warranty unless applicable law or the written resolution requires it.
Free samples use separate sample terms. Lifetime customer support means guidance and assistance, rather than lifetime free repair, replacement or freight. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.
