Community Content Program Terms
Your music is part of your life. Share an original SABALA moment and, if your submission meets these rules, earn SABALA Credits after review. Honest experiences are welcome; rewards are never based on positive sentiment.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least 18 and reside in an eligible location shown on the submission page. You must use a valid email address and provide your own original content featuring a SABALA product or a genuine SABALA experience. You do not need to have bought through our website. Do not create an experience you have not had.
2. HOW TO SUBMIT
Use the official submission form, add your story and original photo, video or accessible content link, and agree to the content license below. A social tag or direct message alone does not complete a submission. Public posting is optional. Do not submit marketplace reviews, ratings, review screenshots or content created to obtain a marketplace review incentive.
3. CREDITS AND LIMITS — PROPOSED SCHEDULE
An approved original story earns 3 Credits; an approved original photo submission earns 7 Credits; an approved original video submission earns 10 Credits. An eligible original social post is assessed by its underlying format and earns no extra posting bonus. A photo set from the same shoot counts as one submission. Each original submission earns only its highest qualifying tier once. Reposts, edits of the same work and duplicate submissions do not earn additional Credits. The proposed limit is 100 Credits per person per calendar month; no purchase or positive review is required.
4. REVIEW AND NOTIFICATION
We review submissions monthly for originality, relevance, rights and usable quality, regardless of whether the opinion is positive or negative. We may ask you to correct missing information. Submission alone does not guarantee Credits, publication or selection for a feature. We will email the result and, where approved, the credit amount. Publication is not a condition for earning approved Credits. Contact us if you believe a decision is incorrect.
5. OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT PERMISSION
You retain ownership. By joining this content-reward program, you grant SABALA a non-exclusive license, for 12 months after approval, to show the submitted work on SABALA-owned website and social channels, with reasonable cropping, formatting, subtitles or translation that does not change your meaning. This basic permission is required to participate; you may choose not to join. Paid advertising, resale, or use outside those channels requires separate permission. Request a stop to future brand use by email; we will explain what can be removed, including any limits for already distributed material. A good-faith withdrawal request alone does not cancel valid earned Credits.
6. RIGHTS AND PRIVACY
Submit only material you are entitled to share, including permission from identifiable people and a parent or guardian for any identifiable minors. Do not include unlicensed music, other people's content or private order, address or payment details. Provide a public display name only if you want it used; your email is not displayed with your content.
7. PUBLIC POSTS AND DISCLOSURE
If you post publicly in connection with this program, clearly disclose the potential incentive in the post, such as “I may receive SABALA Credits for this post.” Follow the platform's rules and use its disclosure tools where required. No Amazon, TikTok Shop or other marketplace review or rating is rewarded by this program.
8. USING CREDITS
Credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed directly on Amazon or TikTok Shop. Available benefits, any expiry, and redemption requirements must be stated on the Member Benefits page before redemption opens. UGC Credits do not automatically grant a giveaway entry or guarantee a prize. Do not assume another campaign's benefits or limits apply.
9. COMMUNICATIONS AND CHANGES
Program emails cover your submission, review and Credits. Marketing emails require a separate optional subscription, which you can unsubscribe from without affecting your submission. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy. Material changes apply prospectively with notice and do not retroactively cancel valid earned Credits.
