How long does DR-300 play?
DR-300 has an advertised maximum playtime of up to 36 hours. This is not a full-volume figure. Actual playback depends on volume, EQ, lighting, audio and use conditions.
How portable is it?
DR-300 weighs 14.3 lb (6.47 kg) and has a carry handle. It is the lighter SABALA option, but still a substantial speaker rather than a small backpack speaker.
Can two DR-300 speakers play together?
Yes. TWS pairs two DR-300 speakers for stereo playback, with 400W combined rated RMS power across the pair.
What does IP66 mean?
DR-300 is rated IP66 for dust and water resistance. Do not submerge the speaker. Follow the product instructions for outdoor use and care.
Do I need the app for Bluetooth playback?
You can use your phone’s system Bluetooth for playback. The SABALA app provides EQ and lighting controls. Bluetooth discovery permissions may vary by phone and operating system.
Does 46 hours mean at full volume?
No. DR-500 reaches up to 46 hours at moderate volume, or up to 8 hours at maximum volume. Actual playback varies with volume, EQ, lighting, audio and conditions.
Can I use it while charging, or charge my phone?
Yes. DR-500 supports play while charging and power-bank use for charging a phone. Charging another device affects available battery runtime.
Can DR-500 receive an Auracast broadcast?
Yes. DR-500 supports both broadcasting and receiving compatible Auracast audio. TWS is also available for true left/right stereo with a second DR-500.
Does it have a built-in microphone?
No. DR-500 has no built-in microphone. It has microphone and guitar inputs for connecting external equipment.
Can I remove the battery?
The battery is not user-removable. DR-500 weighs 25.4 lb (11.5 kg), including the built-in battery.
Is it safe to put in a pool?
Do not submerge DR-500. Its IP66 rating describes dust and water resistance. Follow the product instructions for outdoor use and care.
How long is the warranty?
The source policy specifies a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the original purchase date for eligible U.S. DR-300 and DR-500 purchases. The draft coverage is on the warranty page. Another model or market follows the terms applicable to that purchase.
Do I need to register before asking for help?
No. Registration helps organize product details, but you can contact support without registering or subscribing to marketing emails.
Can I get help if I bought on Amazon?
Yes. SABALA can help with product and warranty questions. Returns and refunds use the original platform and seller process.
Can I change to another model?
The proposed official-store process is an eligible return followed by a new order. Marketplace orders follow the original purchase channel. Check the applicable policy before returning anything.
When will I receive a response?
The proposed service target is one to two business days. An automatic acknowledgement is not a human response. Service hours and this target need confirmation before launch.
Does lifetime support mean a lifetime warranty?
No. Lifetime customer support refers to product guidance and assistance. It does not mean lifetime free repairs, replacements or shipping.
Are manuals or basic product guides email-gated?
No. Available manuals and core guidance open directly. You may separately request a guide by email without opting in to promotional emails.
Where do I download the SABALA app?
Use the current SABALA app by Shenzhen Sabala Electronic Technology / Sabala Electronic Technology. Open its App Store or Google Play listing from the App & Firmware page. Availability and compatible features depend on your device and speaker.
How do I update firmware for my model?
Choose your exact model first. Follow the approved in-app update flow. A separate Google Drive package is shown only when its model and release are configured; never install another model’s firmware.
Where does the proposed free-shipping offer apply?
The draft offer is eligible standard shipping for DR-300 and DR-500 within the contiguous 48 U.S. states on confirmed battery-qualified routes. Final available destinations and rates must be shown before payment.
How do purchase and community credits work?
The purchase proposal uses $1 eligible spend = 1 credit and 100 credits = $1 eligible official-store value. The new community proposal adds a one-time 1-credit membership signup and monthly-reviewed original UGC awards. Marketplace reviews and star ratings do not earn credits.
